Data Analyst Jobs

Red Carrot is seeking a Client Reporting/Data Analyst to join a team supporting our federal government practice with measurement and evaluation products. This role will support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.

This position requires the ability to manage projects and timelines. This remote position is in Miami, Florida, or the Washington DC, area.

Responsibilities

• Support a variety of analyses required for the formulation, administration, and evaluation of a monitoring and evaluation system (A project monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system covers all the work carried out during or after a project to define, select, collect, analyze, and use information)
• Provide process improvement with the ability to identify and recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Provide strategic direction for reporting, client communications, and all analysis work
• Provide expertise to design data collection and analysis recommendations
• Work on other duties as assigned
• Plan and develop a strategy around measurement and evaluation work
• Communicate intricate data analysis results into presentations that are easily understood by non-technical team
• Provide recommendations for objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide Strategic Communications Support for all measurement and evaluation work including briefings, training, presentations, and meeting management across numerous levels of management
• Provide Project Management support, and program evaluation including investigating the quality of programs

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
• Proven track record managing projects
• Experience in account management s is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
• 3+ years of experience in strategy
• Data-driven and focused on results
