Job Description

Health-Ade is growing and ready to hire an elite National Account Manager, Convenience Store (Small Format), who will be responsible for establishing and managing national & regional c-store relationships, gain new distribution and create account strategies for an untapped channel. This position will report to the VP of Sales.

The Role:

  • Monitor and report competitive activity to strategically plan for gaining new distribution and execute promotional activities
  • Work with the field sales team to develop and communicate C-Store execution expectations and standards for distributor partners
  • Develop and present high-level business plans and incentive programs to regional brokers, distributors, and retailers in the C-store channel
  • Achieve key retailers, channel and distributor sales and P&L goals
  • Establish and manage national and regional C-store relationships
  • Responsible for planning a monthly calendar which includes extensive travel: retailer appointments, broker and distributor meetings, trade shows, regional shows, corporate office visits, working the market during a visit, etc.
  • Initiate consistent communication about chain account progress and/or setbacks to impacted field sales and distributor team members
  • Along with the VP of Sales, develop and implement account strategies to achieve brand and volume goals
  • Gain new distribution

Qualifications:

  • Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical
  • 6+ years in CPG sales
  • Strong persuasive / sales ability / negotiation skills
  • Up to 50% travel
  • Exceptional oral & written communication skills
  • Results-oriented and process driven
  • Strong professional judgement and decision-making
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with experience delivering top-to-top presentations
  • Ability to problem solve and be data driven
  • Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
  • 3+ years of C-store experience
