ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a talented and creative Multimedia Content Producer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing and editing multimedia content that effectively communicates our brand message, engages our audience, and supports our marketing and communications efforts across various digital platforms.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Conceptualize, create and produce multimedia content, including videos, photography, animations, infographics, interactive presentations, and other visual assets.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop compelling content aligned with our brand identity. Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos for various purposes, such as marketing campaigns, instructional videos, interview and event coverage.
Handle the entire video production process, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, lighting, audio recording, editing, and post-production effects. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and infographics to enhance multimedia content and support our branding and marketing initiatives.
Develop motion graphics, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and engagement. Capture high-quality photographs and edit images as needed for various marketing and communication purposes.
Ensure consistency in visual style and brand identity across all multimedia content. Develop compelling narratives and scripts for multimedia projects.
Stay up-to-date with industry-standard multimedia production tools, software, and technologies and continuously expand skills in video editing software and other relevant multimedia production tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design to ensure effective and timely delivery of multimedia content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth production workflows. Review and ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of multimedia content. Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility, optimal performance and adherence to technical specifications.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Relevant experience in multimedia content production, video producer, film production, graphic design or related discipline, preferably at an arts organization or a marketing agency.
Proficiency in video production and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with animation software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools. Proficient in operation video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment. Excellent storytelling and script writing skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives and scripts for multimedia projects. Knowledge of multimedia production techniques, including filming, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing. Familiarity with industry-standard multimedia file formats, compression techniques, and optimization for web and digital platforms. Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics and ability to maintain brand consistency across multimedia content. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative multimedia content ideas. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
