Our Digital Content Producer will create and execute digital content efforts across platforms for Sinclair Growth Networks. You will develop and curate digital content related to our TV network programming to build engaging strategies across our web, mobile and social media platforms. You should be a strategic thinker, who keeps up with the latest digital trends and are able to create compelling content to engage audiences on our website and social channels. This role entails creative digital content creation and writing skills, as well experience in building an engaged community for our brands.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct market research, competitive audits, and audience segmentation for social marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for all social media channels and web elements including polls, trivia, contests, blogs, video, etc.
- Help develop the overall/consistent voice, look, and feel of all digital content
- Monitor, track and regularly report on web and social traffic, growth, and engagement.
- Stay on top of current trends, social ad platform changes and social content strategies to ensure our efforts are leading-edge.
- Design, write, edit and post content on our websites and social platforms.
- Use data to plan, manage and optimize efforts.
- Coordinate with Creative, Marketing, PR and Communications teams to execute effective strategies that foster audience growth.
- Plan and execute creative social media campaigns and audience engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience with the latest social media management technology
- Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools
- Experience with analytics for Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office products
- Ability to identify and track relevant KPIs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing i.e., blogs, social networks, microblogging, influencers, podcasts/Web TV
- Ability to work autonomously to maintain workflow and meet deadlines
- Familiar with WordPress digital web editing tools
- At least 3-years of hands-on experience in digital content creation and social media marketing

The annual pay scale for this role is $55,000 to $80,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
