Get to Know This Role

The multimedia designer is responsible for creating graphic content, writing copy, videography, and photography for digital platforms and media advertisements. As a creative team member, the Multimedia Designer will create high-quality visual materials according to business requirements and budget limitations. They will coordinate with the whole marketing team for the accuracy of deliverables and modifications as needed. This is a highly technical and creative position, especially in utilizing various software applications and programs to develop assets that adhere to quality standards and ensure appeal to the target audience. The ideal candidate will be dynamic in skillset, responsive to changing needs, a knowledgeable fan of craft beer, and ready to have fun working at the best beer company in America.

What You Will Do

• Video camera and still camera operation
• Understand and follow SNBC style, branding, and marketing guidelines.
• Prepare comprehensive designs and layouts using design elements in photography, computer-generated imagery, and text for print and electronic publications.
• Contribute to conceptualizing assets and responsible for final asset creation in digital space (eg. marketing videos such as 15 second beer tasting videos for on-premises chain restaurants, paid media assets such as social carousels, digital ads such as programmatic display, product photography for trade point of sale).
• Ensure efficient and effective multimedia design and publications in accordance with Section 508 (Accessibility standards for persons with disabilities).
• AV editing of a variety of spots
• Write, edit, and brainstorm creative copy, including beer descriptors, retail program outlines, campaign taglines, and copy editing.

Please Apply if You Have

• Strong visual arts design skills with experience using industry-standard tools, including Adobe creative software (for graphic designer), content/project management systems, and AV software.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
• Strong organizational experience that demonstrates a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to liaise effectively with senior management personnel, clients, and suppliers.
• 5 years experience working in media arts, digital asset creation, and multimedia required
• Must be comfortable with taking initiative, able to work under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and/or take on multiple projects simultaneously from concept to launch to distribution and to marketing/promotion.
• Demonstrated understanding of, and experience with, the use of new and emerging communications technology for publications, including multimedia production
• Ability to handle multiple work assignments and collaborate well with colleagues under extreme deadline pressure.
• Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, Web Design/Development, Photography, Writing, or a related field. required or any combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved
