Family Syllabus: This sweet and calm family in Miami Beach is looking for an amazing full-time career nanny for their 18-month-old boy! Mom works from inside the home and she is seeking a team player who truly loves children and all the milestones. The family prefers to hire a local candidate, but they are open to a nationwide search for the perfect fit. The parents really want to raise a son who is well-mannered and respectful.

Ideal Candidate: This family’s ideal nanny is calm and well-versed in toddler behavior and age-appropriate developmental activities. Spend your days singing, reading, swimming, and playing soccer with this energetic boy. Please have at least five years of experience with toddlers, and have outstanding references. The family’s style of discipline is kind yet firm and they foster independence in their child.

Job Synopsis: All care is related to this sweet boy such as keeping his areas clean and tidy, cleaning and folding his laundry, and cooking colorful and healthy meals. The schedule for this position is flexible and generally Mon-Fri 9-5 pm and some days from 1-6 pm. The family will guarantee 40 hours per week. This role is paying $35/hour gross with paid vacation, holidays, and sick days. Please be passport ready for traveling opportunities for up to two weeks at a time. Hawaii is one of their favorite places to travel!

Vaccination Requirements: This family is open to both Covid vaccinated and unvaccinated candidates.

Qualifications:

Five years of professional nanny experience

CPR/first aid certification

Excellent references

Clean reliable vehicle
