Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities Supports the Category Managers / Buyers with their day to day work flow and may assist in the orienting and training of new employees.


Job Summary Assists and supports the Merchandising Dept. Staff as necessary in the achievement of front end sales goals, gross margins and marketing plans.


Job Duties


  • Responsible for the tracking and management of ad samples and electronic j-peg files
  • Able to calculate margins and support price changes as requested.
  • Responsible for understanding item point of sale tracking procedures
  • Responsible for the tracking and management of Purchase Order flow
  • Assist in proofing graphics, retail pricing placement and UPC information.
  • Support Buyer or Category Manager in the 4 step 120 day SOP process
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Responsible to be fully trained as back-up support for DSD System, including but not limited to price changes, new store support, item maintenance, vendor maintenance and invoice reconciliation.
  • Provide effective, courteous and timely communications between store management and vendors as needed to resolve DSD receiving and pricing issues
  • Responsible for knowing procedures to Initiate recalls and returns
  • Responsible for knowing the store distribution procedures (Ditto’s)
  • Responsible for the data entry to (and maintenance of) the central item master files; vendor files.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Perform general secretarial and office duties including typing, filing, faxing, photocopying and mailing
  • Interface with Merchandise Presentation Department and the Advertising Dept. in the development of various merchandise support tools
  • Interact with suppliers, store management and distribution center personnel as is necessary for proper inventory flow


Education


  • Preferred Associates Degree or higher


Experience


  • Preferred 2-3 or more years previous experience in related position

Scope of Responsibilities Works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task


Job Summary Responsible for the delivery and pick-ups to and from patient's homes as well as the maintenance of the equipment.


Job Duties


  • Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent
  • Assist Marra's Homecare personnel in conducting special projects upon request.
  • Must wear the required Personal Protective Equipment as per Hazard Communications Policy
  • Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle
  • Provide warehouse functions as needed including shipping, receiving, stocking and order filling
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Make coordinated deliveries and pick-ups to patients' homes or other designated areas.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all oxygen and DME.
  • Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy
  • Assume responsibility for learning set-ups and patient education requirements for DME. Comply with FDA rules and regulations regarding oxygen.
  • Maintain inventory level for repair parts.
  • Troubleshoot calls for customers.
  • Maintain, clean, and performance test equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
  • Responsible for assigned evening and weekend on call duty according to schedules.
  • Instruct patients on use and care of equipment.
  • Must become familiar with and remain knowledgeable with Marra's Homecare Policies and Procedures
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
  • Maintain the manifest, submitting delivery tickets daily.
  • Maintain vehicle properly, i.e., gas, cleaning, tune-ups, registration as necessary.
  • Honor patient confidentiality and rights.
  • Adhere to Company policies and procedures regarding exposure control plan, OSHA regulations, etc.
  • Responsible for seeing that all paperwork relevant to the position is returned thoroughly completed without errors.


Education


  • Minimum High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED


Job requirements


  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid Drivers License in good standing


Experience


  • Preferred 0-2 years previous experience in related position
