Merchandising Manager
As the Merchandising Manager for Esprit, you will play a vital role in shaping our fashion collections and driving their success. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute seasonal range plans that align with our product strategies and financial objectives, ensuring we deliver compelling and trend-setting collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for ongoing communication and collaboration with our valued channel representatives.
- Collect competitor insights and conduct market-relevant analyses to seize growth opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.
- Develop and implement strategic seasonal range plans to achieve our product vision and meet financial objectives.
- Attend customer meetings and consumer feedback sessions, enabling us to better understand and cater to our customers' needs and preferences.
- Serve as the Wholesale representative for all product-related matters, acting as the single point of contact between our Labels and markets.
- Manage and coordinate KPI targets in alignment with our business objectives, collaborating closely with the development team and design department.
- Utilize insightful analysis of sell-in and sell-out data to identify regional sales opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
- Organize and execute Wholesale relevant presentations and workshops, such as our collection launch, to showcase our products to their fullest potential.
- Visit fashion and market fairs to stay inspired, explore innovations, and keep our collections fresh and relevant.
- Participate actively in the product development process, ensuring channel briefings are effectively integrated into our specific label/division strategies.
- Ensure that market and consumer demands are met throughout the product development process, resulting in collections that resonate with our audience.
- Maintain up-to-date systems and the Lineplan, ensuring accurate tracking and smooth execution of our collections.
- Collaborate closely with our Wholesale team to evaluate performance, address needs, and value their invaluable feedback.
- Gather market feedback and conduct in-depth research to stay ahead of consumer preferences and market trends, allowing us to remain at the forefront of fashion.
Your Skills:
- Willingness to travel for industry events and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, effectively analyzing data and communicating insights.
- High level of accuracy and analytical skills for meticulous planning and decision-making.
- Expertise in product development, crafting distinctive and desirable fashion offerings.
- Deep passion for fashion and a keen eye for market trends, driving exceptional collections.
- 5 + years of proven professional experience in a comparable fashion industry position.
- In-depth understanding of gender-specific consumer and market knowledge for curated collections.
- Strong business development capabilities to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Compensation Range: $115,000-$150,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
