Member Coordinator - Remote | Wfh

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or relevant healthcare field, OR LVN, LPN with 1 year of experience in managed care systems, OR an RN, OR 3 years of care coordination experience for a state managed or waiver program, OR 3 years of experience in managed care systems.
Knowledge of medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
Previous experience in Behavioral Health, Youth Services, LPC, LSW, LPN - your diverse expertise is highly valued!
Proficiency in using PCs and Microsoft Office applications - tech-savvy individuals will find this role fulfilling.
A current state driver's license, reliable transportation, and applicable insurance - flexibility and mobility are essential in our mission to serve our clients.
