WHO WE NEED: We are looking for an exceptional Medspa Manager in our new Indian Wells location.
WHO YOU ARE: Energetic and results-oriented, with strong sales performance, outstanding communication and leadership skills, attention to detail, and at least three years of medspa experience to be a part of our growing team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Educate clients about treatment benefits
• Manage daily operations
• Lead a team of service providers and front desk associates
• Maintain a clean and professional spa environment
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, scheduling, and time clock reports
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Coordinate administrative tasks
• Set team goals and reinforce best practices
