Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a warm and friendly manner.

- Manage patient registration process, collecting necessary information and verifying insurance details.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical office administration training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer applications.
