Job Description
WHO WE ARE: Orchid Cove @ Longwood - 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Longwood, FL is currently seeking a Front Office Receptionist. We are a growing facility in need of an energetic and talented new professional to join our team. Open interviews daily from 1 pm to 4 pm come in and see us at 1520 S Grant St. Longwood FL 32750
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming personality as well as experience in organizing and planning office events. The successful candidate will be open to answering phones and will have strong customer service skills.
MON - WED 4:30PM - 7:30PM AND every other WEEKEND 9AM - 6PM
PART TIME - EVENINGS
Salary: $12.00 hrly
Healthcare Receptionist Job Summary & Qualifications:
  • Provide directions to local businesses.
  • Monitor quality control issues.
  • Communicate with doctors regarding customer questions and concerns.
  • Provide information on services available.
  • Control the flow of customer traffic through the office by communicating with patients, co-workers, and staff.
  • Follow protocol for dealing with unruly patients.
  • Handle patient inquiries about billing, payments, and insurance claims.
  • Answer questions.
