About The Opportunity


  • You will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders. He will also support the design process and the approvals process
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team


Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Project planning
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates.


Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications


  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
  • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, with internships preferable, and those with 1 to 5+ years of construction management experience
  • At a subcontractor, mechanical/HVAC experience is preferred
