Project Manager $130K - Urgent Hiring

Project Manager for a general contractor. Our top client currently has an opportunity available for PM. Must have commercial experience on this one. The PM will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and the approvals process.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Ensures that all appropriate documents are posted to the project database and provides assistance to the vendor as needed
• Reviews the final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A / E comments
• Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders
• Communicates with super/ runs meetings etc
• Processing of payment requests and change orders
• Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure
• Project design
• Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders

Project Manager Qualifications

• Effective organizational and communication skills
• Experience with commercial project is a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 2-5+ years of construction management as a PM
• Experienced in working with multiple leads across various disciplines to solve problems and improve processes
• Strong judgment and flexibility
