About The Opportunity


  • APM presently has the chance to support our top client's most recent HVAC and mechanical projects
  • A pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry is currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team
  • The APM will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders
  • It will also aid with the design phase and the approvals process


Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Project planning
  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests


Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications


  • Efficient coordination and communication abilities
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
  • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, with internships preferable, and those with 1 to 5+ years of construction management experience
