Our client is a pioneer and one of the top companies in the construction industry located in Boston, MA. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager in Construction to join their team of experts. You will be a key participant in managing the information flow between the owner, the general contractor, and other project stakeholders and assist with design and the approvals process.

Assistant Construction Project Manager/Project Engineer Responsibilities

• Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
• Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates.
• Converses with the super
• Makes certain that all pertinent papers are uploaded to the project database and aids the vendor as necessary.
• Follows up on and confirms project stakeholders' approvals of hard copy material.
• Processing of change orders and payment demands
• Examines the final soft copies of the documentation, checking for accuracy and compliance with the A/E comments.
• Project planning

Assistant Construction Project Manager/Project Engineer Qualifications

• Recent college graduates are invited to apply, but those with 1–5+ years of experience are preferred, as are those with internships.
• A plus is having experience with commercial projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
• Efficient coordination and communication abilities
• Good judgment and adaptability
• Skilled in collaborating with several leads from different disciplines to solve issues and enhance procedures
