The APM will be an integral player in the management of the flow of information between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders and help with design assistance and the approvals process. Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

• Tracks and validates approvals of Hard Copy documentation from project stakeholders
• Reviews the final soft copies of documentation, reviewing completion and adherence to A / E comments
• Provides regular RFI and Submittal status updates to project stakeholders
• Communicates with super/ runs meetings etc
• Maintains project RFI and Submittal registry and tracks each through to closure

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 0-5+ years of construction management experience preferred and recent college grads encouraged to apply
• Experience with life science/ lab/ healthcare projects is a plus
• Strong judgment and flexibility
• Effective organizational and communication skills
