Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Urgent Hiring



Mechanical contractor's assistant project manager for construction. APM presently has the chance to support our top client's most recent HVAC and mechanical projects. The APM will play a crucial role in managing the information flow between the general contractor, the owner, and other project stakeholders. It will also aid with the design phase and the approval process.

Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities


  • Provides project stakeholders with regular RFI and submittal status updates
  • Project planning
  • Makes certain that all pertinent papers are uploaded to the project database and aids the vendor as necessary
  • Keeps a record of project RFI and submittals and follows each one through to completion
  • Converses with the super
  • Follows up on and confirms project stakeholders' approvals of hard copy material
  • Processing of modification orders and payment requests
  • Examines the final soft copies of the documentation, checking for accuracy and compliance with the A/E comments


Mechanical Assistant Project Manager Qualifications


  • Good judgment and adaptability
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office
  • Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply, with internships preferable, and those with 1 to 5+ years of construction management experience
  • Skilled in collaborating with several leads from different disciplines to solve issues and enhance procedures
  • Efficient coordination and communication abilities
  • Mechanical project experience is a plus
