Meal Program Manager Jobs

Experience with several LSG/Sky Chefs departments preferred.

Network with key stakeholders throughout the organization (R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, etc.) to both manage the work and ensure effective buy-in.

Organizational Development and People Management

Select, coach, train, and manage career development of direct reports.

Manage Brand Managers and ABMs to deliver objectives.

Strong professional background with 6+ years brand and marketing experience (within CPG, preferably Tier 1 Organization)

Informs assistant manager of necessary supplies required before the start of the line.

Maintains proper portion control within departmental guidelines and under the assistant manager's direction.

Six months general work experience preferably in a food service setting is required.

Effective verbal communication skills are necessary in greeting customers/patients and responding accurately to their questions or concerns.

Delivers food and supplies from kitchen to cafeteria and other areas as required according to department procedures and as needed.

Collects patient trays and carts, returning them to the kitchen at the end of every meal.

Project management skills and ability to prioritize and multitask against several complex projects at a time.

Compile and present Post Promotional Analytics reports across the enterprise, including field sales, internal sales, marketing, finance, and the executive team.

Manage and maximize use and output of standardized reporting across category

5+ years experience within a CPG organization, experience in customer facing sales position is preferred but not required

Strong knowledge of Financial and Consumption data

Best in class analytical skills

Experience in food service management preferred

Experience in non-profit/education field a plus

Manage special projects (Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP), Pilots, RFP Bid Process, Tastings/Surveys, Emergency Food, etc.)

Attend annual OSSE training and other training to support ongoing knowledge and professional development

Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in K12 food service operations

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
