What is Strategy & Operations Marketing?

Strategy, Planning & Operations (SPO) makes the world work better for Marketing. We ensure our people understand ServiceNow’s marketing priorities and have the right goals, plans, and processes to achieve them. We help the team operate efficiently and effectively with an intentional rhythm of business that drives alignment across the organization. We are operational experts and strive to simplify, streamline, and transform how work gets done across marketing and with business partners. We are accountable for making ServiceNow Marketing a talent magnet through people and culture programs.

What you will do: Support cross-functional projects and program plans. Develop, maintain, and improve key processes and tools across Marketing, spanning across people, culture, planning and much more!

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• Able to build good cross functional relationships with a variety of teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• 1+ years of marketing experience
• Can-do, scrappy, creative spirit, with a desire to own projects from start to finish, attention to detail, strong organizational skills
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Quick, yet thoughtful and decision-making skills; knows when to ask questions, when to act, when to escalate, and when to ask for help
• Works well under pressure in a high growth, fast-paced & ambiguous, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Currently enrolled in an accredited university and on track to graduate between Dec 2022-June 2023 with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or similar field

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $39.43, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
