Marketing Project Coordinator Jobs

St. Ambrose University invites applications for the position of Marketing Project Coordinator in the Communications & Marketing department. This position will contribute to the successful execution of the university's marketing and communication efforts by managing several key components of projects. Working with internal university clients, this position will support the defining of the scope of project requests and meet those requests by managing workflow and approvals. The Marketing Project Coordinator will manage communication with clients and monitor the progress of projects from intake to delivery ensuring deliverables are timely and of the highest quality while aligning with St. Ambrose University's brand guidelines and strategy. The Marketing Project Coordinator will also assist in the planning and execution of select special events as needed. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient with computer software programs including MS Office Suite, accurate data entry skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of a bachelor's degree or six years of experience in related field. Experience in a collegiate environment or supervisory position a plus. Position is open until filled.
