Job Description

Community Boost is seeking an Account Coordinator to help our clients achieve greater success. This role serves as a foundational support system within a pod, empowering the success of our partner organizations and elevating the capabilities of our Client Service team. You are the “right hand” person to (Senior) Account Managers acting as a support lever in connection to our digital team and clients. The Account Coordinator is to be the liaison between account managers and digital specialists.

The Account Coordinator Assists the Account Managers on various client related tasks and needs, including but not limited to: project/task management, internal organization, weekly account checks, reporting, meeting preparation and follow-up. To be a strong Account Coordinator, you must be organized, have incredible communication skills and be extremely process-oriented. This entry-level role is perfect for those who want to grow into becoming an impactful Account Manager, directly leading our nonprofit partners to success, but need to first strengthen their comprehension of digital marketing strategy and client management in an agency setting.

What you will do:

  • Co-As with other Account Managers per supervisor discretion to provide exposure and practice with real-time client communications and data analysis
  • Ensures Asana (our project management software) is utilized effectively and consistently for task management; serves as the communication glue between Account Managers and Specialists.
  • Utilizes internal systems and processes to efficiently meet deadlinesTakes the primary internal support lead when an Account Manager is out of office, and loops in the relevant senior team for client communications and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Serves as the primary A for select single to double channel partner accounts, per supervisor discretion.
  • Supports the Pod with various administrative tasks such as new partner onboarding and offboarding, deck preparation, and reporting needs.
  • Supports growing customer base by ensuring client tasks, projects and deadlines are met to empower trusted partnerships and successful campaign results.

What you bring:

  • 0-2 years of relevant digital marketing and/or project management experience preferably in a marketing agency
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Digital marketing acumen
  • Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Conversion Design, Google Analytics and an overarching comprehension of Nonprofit Fundraising.
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Ability to forge relationships with cross-discipline internal teams and build rapport with clients
