Project Coordinator, Tesla Bot

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the Tesla Bot Data Collection team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in curating and maintaining datasets from Tesla’s fleet of robots.

A successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring impeccable dataset quality through regular data audits and proposing/implementing process improvements to increase dataset quality, quantity, and variety. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager in coordinating and reporting on data collection requests from stakeholders.

• Creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions and support decision-making
• Monitoring and driving up productivity across data collection tracks
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
• Identifying and troubleshooting data quality issues and inconsistencies

• Experience working with multiple data sources and generating insights
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to learn innovative technology/platforms with little or no direction
• Proficiency in JIRA, Excel Confluence, and SharePoint
• Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment with high ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
