Senior Sourcing Procurement Specialist

This position is fully remote andavailable ONLY to residents ofArizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance is met with purchasing policy.
• Develop and implementINDIRECTsourcing strategies to meet enterprise goals.
• Own the project end-to-end to include indirect sourcing processes for assigned commodities; gather data,deep market research,benchmarking,identifying potential Vendors, owning the RF process, reverse eAuction use,etc., issuing the created procurement documentation, analyze responses,create scorecardsto discuss with leaders.
• Review and assess new Vendor contract agreements.
• Build and maintain relations with Vendors and coordinate presentations, video calls, and obtain purchasing reports from diversity Vendors.
• Handle negotiations and contract signatures. Implement Vendor contracts.
• Facilitate execution of legal contracts, statements of work, change orders, etc.

Qualifications needed:

• Knowledge of eAuction is a big plus.
• Analytical skills. Jaguar experience is a big plus.
• Professionalism to speak with stakeholders and leadership is necessary.
• Knowledge of Vendor performance metrics and the use of score cards.
• Influencing and negotiation skills are a must have.
• Proven experience of owning the RF process from start to finish.
• 6+ years of experience in contract negotiation and Vendor management.
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry ishighly preferred.
• INDIRECTsourcing experience isREQUIRED.
• Proven experience with implementation of complex supply chain deals.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
