Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT CANYON RANCH

The Marketing Manager Wellness Clubs is responsible for understanding all aspects of our new Wellness Clubs concept as well as its relation to the overall Canyon Ranch brand. This role has three main functions: promoting awareness of Canyon Ranch Wellness Clubs, project management of all Club communications (visual & written) while ensuring proper execution onsite, and supporting programming, community, spa/salon, fitness/health with guest communication.

This role supports both the Fort Worth Wellness Club as well as the Houston Wellness Club in 2025 and future clubs to be announced.

The Marketing Manager give marketing support to all revenue generating departments and assists with action plans to advance sales through marketing efforts. The marketing manager is responsible for developing club marketing strategies, promoting club growth and expansion, implementing club marketing and promotional plans, and using a variety of data to improve communication and increase volume and profitability. The essence of this role is focused on achieving club business objectives in the short and long term.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, WorkFront and Outlook.
• Marketing degree or equivalent years of experience
• Ability to develop and maintain a budget and expense goals.
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Empathy for guest concerns and awareness to resolve issues with high level of service
• Successful applcants for the role will have the following:
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Minimum 3+ Years of experience in Marketing in a Project Coordinator or Project Manager equivalent

This position is full-time and onsite at our Fort Worth, TX location.
