Total Media Managements’ marketing team provides full-time and part time intern positions to learn and provide support to our full service marketing team and clients in afast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.

From paid advertising and content marketing to website development and graphic design,Total Media Management specializes in industries from Finance to Travel. Our teams work with the best to create your comprehensive source for effective digital marketing strategies. Utilizing comprehensive targeting and eye-catching graphics, we deliver quality leads, sales, and brand exposure for our clients. Total Media is the marketing umbrella covering all our clients marketing needs: content creation, social media post management, website design, and broadcast media production and placement.

Responsibilities:

Our interns benefit from hands-on experience, technical training, and mentorship opportunities. As a valuable addition to our team, you will assist in:

-preparing marketing content and marketing materials

-attending weekly marketing and sales meetings

-database maintenance and updates

-assist in the creation of digital and traditional market strategy

-assist in client prospecting and onboarding processes

-market and client research

Qualifications:

• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete work accurately under constant time constraints, while juggling several deadline-driven requirements from multiple people
• Reliable transportation
• Team player with a positive, can-do client service attitude
• Passion and demonstrated drive to achieve goals
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• In progress of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or a similar field within the next 12-24 months
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) on a Windows operating system is an added benefit

This is a part time, up to 20 hours a week unpaid position with the ability to move into a paid position during the internship and after.

Qualifications:

• Social media management: 6 months-1 year (Preferred)
• Proficient within the Google Suite.
• Marketing: 6 months -1 year (Preferred)
• Proficient in Adobe Suite is preferred, but not required.
• Digital marketing: 6 months -1 year (Preferred)

Juniors or Seniors Preferred

Google Ads experience preferred

CRM experience preferred

1-2 Years or internship within a relevant industry heavily preferred.
