Marketing Graphic Designer Jobs

The Hewlett Automotive Group, a family-owned dealership group, has an immediate opening on our Marketing team for a Graphic Designer.

Essential Duties & What You’ll Have a Hand in Creating

• Collaborate with the team on the design of digital motion graphics for digital screens across the dealerships
• Responsible for assisting in photographing, editing and cataloging photos
• Responsible for creating materials for events both internal and external to the organization including but not limited to invitations, posters, social posts, banners and slide decks
• Champion, manage and maintain our current and future brand book guidelines, along with our asset's library. You ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and project objectives, while maintaining a high level of quality
• Design website graphics for multiple sites
• Support the Marketing Sales, Service, Parts, and Collision Center teams and collaborate on the creation of a wide range of both graphic and digital projects, including but not limited to point of purchase materials, graphics for short animations, social media content, email marketing, newsletters and display ads
• Assist with the creation of dealership signage

Qualifications Required

• Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and receive feedback, while staying on task
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and effectively communicating with team members.
• Excellent creative skills, including a keen eye for design, typography, layout, and color
• Portfolio: Candidates should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and demonstrating their ability to work on a variety of projects
• Technical skills: Jr. Graphic Designers should be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant design tools
• Minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience and creative brand work with the ability to work independently and in a team envi

Preferred

• Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
• Ability to create and manage tasks in a project management tool such as Basecamp, Asana, Monday, etc
• Previous work with email marketing (Klaviyo, MailChimp, Constant Contact, or other), website design/layout

Bonus

• Bilingual (English & Spanish Preferred)
• Photography/Videography and editing skills
