Junior Graphic Designer Jobs

The LEARFIELD Partnership Solutions team is looking to add a Junior Designer to the team who supports our local Multimedia Rights-focused teams. This position includes the development of external and internal sales presentations, visuals that accompany sales concepts, campaign branding and single asset creative production.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality work that is completed and delivered on time
• Develop design concepts and solutions based on client direction, creative briefs, and brand research
• Display a positive, team-building work attitude
• Think creatively to develop fresh concepts and bring them to life through exquisite design that supports project objectives
• Work with the Senior Designer to prioritize requests appropriately
• Manage revisions to the work as needed
• Manage a pipeline of assigned projects

  • Recommend / choose the right style, graphics, images, and other visual elements to maximize objectives of projects
  • Provide quality work that is completed and delivered on time
  • Ensure the sponsored creatived adheres to both client and athletics brand guidelines
• Track project status and provide updates via centralized process
• Develop graphics for a wide range of projects, including but not limited to: stadium signage, logos, digital ads, invitations, presentation templates, print ads, digital banners, landing pages, and more.
• Possess people skills to effectively and persuasively engage collegeaus and management
• Ensure the sponsored creatived adheres to both client and athletics brand guidelines
• Recommend / choose the right style, graphics, images, and other visual elements to maximize objectives of projects

Requirements:

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Working knowledge of Lightroom, AfterEffects and Premiere Pro are a plus
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• 0-2+ years of design experience in multiple media formats
• Outstanding communcation, organizational and time management skills
• Strong creative portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, skill, style and experience
• Ability to work under tight timelines and deal with unforeseen situations
• Strong skillset for crafting clear and visually compelling presentations
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design (or related field)
• Master of the Adobe Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Lightroom, AfterEffects and Premiere Pro are a plus
