THE ~JOB

We are looking to add a well -rounded, talented graphic designer to our team! We like to do everything in-house as much as we can and responsibilities of design will vary across digital and print platforms. We are looking for someone that wants to jump right in, get their feet wet in multiple areas of in-house design and bring their ideas to Pourri!

THE ~DESIGN AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote – basic understanding.
• Experience with creating properly formatted files for print production.
• Bachelor’s or accredited degree in design, visual communication, or related field.
• Portfolio with diverse collection of well-executed designs in print, packaging, digital and branding.
• Motion graphics, photography, creative copy writing experience a plus!
• Desire to be part of an in-house creative team that designs for all aspects of the brand.
• Proficient in Mac Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma.
• Experience with photo retouching and enhancements on product photography, creating properly sized images.

THE ~RESPONSIBILITIES (the sh*t you’ll own)

• Ensuring the integrity and consistency of the brand through brand standards.
• Maintain and execute photo retouching and enhancements on product photography.
• Collaborating on various designs for digital: email campaigns, retargeting ads, social media content and website graphics as needed.
• Recognize and apply best practices, industry trends, and design standards.
• Maintaining and enhancing current artwork to support production and marketing needs.
• Collaborating on various designs for print: product packaging, print marketing, catalogs, retail displays and sales presentations as needed.
• Collaborates with the creative team to create design solutions that support the brand in both the digital and physical space.
• Collaborating and brainstorming in a creative team environment.
• Must be able to work both individually and in a team environment when given project goals and creative guidelines.
• Follow directions carefully and pay close attention to details.
• Evolving as the company grows and the position responsibilities increase.
