A media and tech agency is looking for an experience Marketing Data Analyst to join their team!
Job Details:
FULL TIME - DIRECT HIRE
REMOTE
PAY: $70K-$140K
Responsibilities:
- Stay vigilant and take proactive measures in response to the latest marketing trends and technologies, harnessing that knowledge to enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to identify deficiencies in our data gathering procedures and propose solutions to enhance the accuracy and comprehensiveness of our data.
- Install and troubleshoot tracking tags and pixels to ensure precise and comprehensive data collection.
- Work together with with diverse teams such as marketing, sales, and product to comprehend business objectives and offer data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
- Create, construct, and uphold dashboards and reports utilizing tools like Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or TapClicks in order to offer valuable information about our marketing achievements.
- Perform data analysis to comprehend attribution, cross-device correlations, and offline data.
- Devise and implement marketing tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Examine and interpret data to detect patterns and trends that can provide insights for enhancing our marketing strategies and refining campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Understanding of marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and attribution models.
- Proficient in utilizing Google Data Studio, Looker Studio or TapClicks, as well as Excel and SQL.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML is considered advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in implementing and troubleshooting pixels and tracking tags.
- A bachelor's degree in a field related to Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably within a digital marketing or Ecommerce setting.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
