Shutterfly, Inc. is seeking a Channel & Compliance Lead who can lead recommendations across the compliance environment and coordinate among various channel offers, to help optimize the performance of its consumer business. This role is reports to the Director of Pricing & Promotion, and will help execute the pricing strategy and operations for Shutterfly.
What You’ll Do Here

• Inform channel offers based on revenue/margin goals per channel-specific cadence
• Partner cross functionally to enhance and streamline compliant pricing and offers
• Provide design options for channel, personalized, or behavior-triggered offers
• Support a robust feedback loop for governance around compliance for pricing, promotions, and shipping offers
• Participate in various internal planning and execution forums to help ensure ongoing compliance
• Support upfront planning and in-season optimization with compliance insights
• Assess financial and customer KPIs of the previous channel-specific, personalized and behavior-triggered offers
• Develop pricing and promotion approaches to be compliant, and quantify the impacts of embedding compliance
• Liaise with marketing, CRM, partners, and other channels to ensure alignment among offer types
• Track and codify year-over-year plan changes, realized impact, and learnings

The Skills You’ll Bring

• Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, marketing, or compliance.
• Experience in working with analytics teams on measurement, reporting and testing.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to navigate complex compliance rules and quantify impacts of compliance adoption
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives in a company experiencing significant growth.
• Comfortable interacting with management across a broad range of marketing and business topics.

It Is Helpful, But Not Required To Have

• BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred.
