Job Title: Messaging Market Manager - North America
Location: North America (Flexible Remote Work Options)

We are working with a leading global telecommunications company dedicated to revolutionizing the A2P and P2P messaging landscape. We are seeking a highly motivated Messaging Market Manager to drive the growth of our messaging business in North and South America.
Position Overview:
As a Messaging Market Manager, your primary focus will be on expanding our messaging business (A2P and P2P) in the North and South America markets. You will play a pivotal role in steering the sales team, managing relationships with key partners, and ensuring customer profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the messaging landscape in the Americas.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Optimize pricing strategies to enhance product margins and increase market share while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement routing strategies that consider cost, capacity, quality, and other parameters to maximize profitability and quality levels.
- Contribute actively to sales and procurement activities, acting as a liaison for information requirements and independently negotiating with suppliers.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key partners in the ecosystem, including peering and clearing partners.
- Collaborate with the sales department to prepare pricing proposals for new customers and negotiate pricing adjustments as needed.
- Lead the regional sales team in sourcing competitive routes (local and international) by coordinating weekly follow-up calls, participating in supplier meetings, and attending regional forums.
- Analyze traffic reports and market trends to optimize routing structures, maximize direct margins, and increase market share.
- Take accountability for achieving P&L objectives and monitor customer and destination profitability on a daily basis, taking corrective actions as required.
- Manage daily relationships with customers in your portfolio, addressing their SMS and MMS product-related requests and ensuring timely resolution.
Your Profile:
- Relevant experience in the Messaging domain, including A2P, P2P, and SMS.
- Assertive, proactive, and positive attitude with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
- Results-oriented with exceptional analytical skills.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in French, Dutch, or other languages is advantageous.
- Strong experience in the US telecommunications industry.
- Highly autonomous in daily work.
