• Must be local to the New York Metropolitan area.

Responsibility:

• Manage social media accounts across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
• Utilize modern media tools and techniques to enhance brand recognition and increase visibility
• Plan and coordinate events to promote the firm's brand and network with industry professionals
• Manage CRM (Zoho) to ensure efficient client relationship management
• Adapt to and learn new systems while maintaining a spirit of innovation
• Design and order marketing materials and administrative supplies, including SWAG, business cards, and pens
• Host webinars to engage with target audiences and provide valuable insights
• Edit videos to create compelling visual content
• Create engaging content and effectively communicate ideas to firm partners within tight deadlines
• Independently research and recommend participation in conferences, speaking engagements, and writing opportunities
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and optimize campaign performance
• Develop eye-catching graphics and content to support marketing initiatives

Experience—Required:

• Strong event planning and coordination skills
• Experience developing and launching successful campaigns across various platforms
• Proven ability to manage personal and professional social media accounts effectively
• Education: No specific degree is required, but a college degree is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior experience in real estate law or marketing/advertisement is a plus
