Marketing And Communications Intern

Support Communications department in public relations, media & marketing in The Americas to maximize qualitative brand exposure & traffic-driving initiatives via advertising and earned media. Majority of day to day will be administrative and reporting oriented.

Job Resposibilities:

- Media & Advertising

- Outreach to potential new business to compile media kits, editorial calendars, etc in all relevant prospect markets

- Update media kits for existing national & local partners

- Assist in building seasonal plans, covering print, digital and out-of-home advertising

- Digital & Performance Marketing

- Liaise with paid social and paid search agencies and media partners to ensure they receive assets, copy, URLs, etc ahead of campaign launches

- Maintain marketing calendar with marketplace partners, managing sample trafficking for shoots

• Press, in tandem with PR Agency
• Maintenance of Givenchy in-house collateral Database/Server: Runway Collection Images, Product shots, VIP, etc.
• Liaise with PR Agency to support Sample Traffic & Credit Requests
• Maintenance of Givenchy in-house Contact Database (Media, Advertising, etc.)
• Monthly Maintenance & Distribution of Magazines (receiving, processing, archiving all credits)

Qualifications:

- Previous internship experience in public relations and/or digital marketing at a major fashion brand or PR agency.

- Organized, positive and team player

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics

Must be an active student in New York City
