Marketing Communications Analyst Intern Jobs

Prior experience with content creation, social media management, or event coordination is a plus.

Help manage and update the company's social media platforms to ensure consistent branding and engagement with the target audience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

There is a minimal requirement for 2 days a week, 4 hours a day. Times are flexible.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and websites.

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics

Press, in tandem with PR Agency

Liaise with PR Agency to support Sample Traffic & Credit Requests

Monthly Maintenance & Distribution of Magazines (receiving, processing, archiving all credits)

Maintenance of Givenchy in-house collateral Database/Server: Runway Collection Images, Product shots, VIP, etc.

Maintenance of Givenchy in-house Contact Database (Media, Advertising, etc.)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Collect, format, and file/archive all press clippings

Coordinate dispatch of gifting copies

Assist in creating press kits

Assist in daily projects (research, organizing, compiling reports…)

Attend & help book launch events in New York

Learn and apply understanding of plan design elements to member materials and apply that knowledge to proofreading jobs.

Minimum 3 to 4 years of communications proofreading experience. Experience in handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of intermediate-level Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat skills and ability to work with a variety of web-based tools.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects under tight time frames.

Proofreading (4 years of experience is preferred)

Experience in graphic design and project management.

Display proactive problem-solving skills, clear communication, and a self-starting work ethic.

Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting effective external communications.

Knowledge of Hootsuite, Asana, and similar software is a plus.

Experience in podcast and video production is desired but not required.

Knowledge of WordPress is also a plus.
