Position: Market Research Professional

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ months

The Senior UX Research Professional creates and executes research plans for digital products including website and native mobile app. Using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, this role will guide UX and Visual Designers, Copywriters, Content Strategists, and Digital Product Managers on strategy, approach, and execution of the user experience. The primary focus for this role will be to coordinate with the team to identify the problem, build a research plan, and execute that plan using a variety of tactics and tools, including, but not limited to moderated and unmoderated tests and AB tests

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

• 5 or more years of user research in a digital product/UX environment.

• Strong understanding of user-research techniques and applications.

• Demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine business strategy in the digital space, and develop and execute big ideas while maintaining collaborative working relationships.

• Experience working with business, technical, and design guideline constraints.

• Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading, or participating in user research, and providing analysis and direction to key stakeholders.

• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

• Experience leading moderated research with a variety of audiences.

• Experience using unmoderated/survey tools (e.g. User Zoom)

• Experience doing user testing on low- and high-fidelity user experiences.
