Objective

We are seeking an experienced Market Developer to recruit potential partners and expand with us. Our ideal candidate is a passionate team player who is result-driven and takes initiative to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual assigned goals within a given recruitment period
• Approach potential prospects with outreach activities: cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits
• Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships with external partners during recruitment process
• Promote company's all-in-one service platform to insurance agents, realtors, loan agents, CPAs, and business owners as part of recruiting efforts
• Communicate with regional offices to identify needs and design recruiting strategies for market developments
• Communicate with vendors to participate in sponsored events, set up booths, distribute brochures and flyers

Requirements

• Desire for growth opportunities and open to ongoing trainings
• Ability to key decision making under crucial circumstances
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities
• Flexible to changes and adaptive to new environments
• Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communications
• Fluent English speaker (bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and/or Vietnamese is a plus)
• Outgoing, sociable, and people-oriented personality with friendly demeanor
• Local and out-of-state traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, and client-servicing mindset
