Job Summary: Our sales and servicing company is seeking an experienced and dynamic President to lead our organization. The President will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability, overseeing daily operations, and building a high-performing team. Responsibilities:

• Build a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and developing talent
• Identify and mitigate risks to the organization
• Communicate regularly with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain budgets and financial plans
• Represent the company in external meetings, conferences, and events
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Experience representing an organization in external meetings and events
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 10+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks to the organization
• Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets
