Learning Developer
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Remote Learning Developer with a strong technical background to join our growing Learning & Development team. This fully remote role requires a robust understanding of adult learning principles and the capability to curate engaging online learning content across diverse disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical domains and be comfortable creating educational material for a variety of areas pertinent to modern businesses.
🧠 Here’s what you’ll do:
- Regularly review and update existing content to ensure it remains current, relevant, and effective.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that is technically accurate, pedagogically sound, and engaging for learners.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices.
- Curate high-quality online learning content, including courses, short articles, coding exercises, and more, across a wide range of subject areas.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning strategies to create effective learning experiences catering to our diverse learner population.
- Monitor learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve our learning content and overall learning experience.
⚒️ We hope you have:
- Proven experience in curating or developing online learning content, preferably within various technical and business domains.
- Familiarity with various educational technologies and platforms.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and e-learning strategies.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving the success of learners.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in an educational technologies field, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in technical areas such as software development, systems engineering, or a related field.
Work Environment:
- This is a fully remote contract position. The successful candidate will need a private workspace and reliable internet connection. Regular virtual meetings will be required.
