Managing Director, Asset Management Data Engineering

The Data Engineering leader is responsible for driving the end-to-end solution architecture, product and data engineering capabilities to support the growth and transformation of the business. In building out the strategy and setting up a world class engineering delivery capability, this job is a technology change leader within the industry and the organization, and drives the steps to build agile and best in class teams across the globe. This job focuses on global applications and data solutions, developing industry leading experiences and technology products for teams and clients, while aligning these to enterprise services.
Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Creates and manages a best in class roadmap which drives the leverage of new technologies with data at the core supporting client outcomes – custom built and Protech solutions.
• Partners with colleagues across the enterprise and with external vendors to delivery best in class solutions - measuring success in terms of adoption, usage, improvements and industry recognition.
• Oversees product and data engineering for technology and data solutions
• Develops and implements a technology and data strategy, leveraging new technologies and innovation to deliver services globally.
• Supports roadmap and solution architecture by informing the build and partner decisions, and ensuring these are funded and supported to enhance client deliverables and scale.
• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation and development of team.
