How You’ll Make an Impact:
Retail Creative Operations Manager has the job of organizer and scheduler and to also manage expectations and anticipate complications challenges. that could tax ourResponsible for maintaining brand aesthetics and on-time delivery for both external and internal campaigns and special projects. The position is accountable in leading procurement for our POS/POP materials for our brick-n-mortal stores, corporate and wholesale accounts. Key drivers for the position are organization, productivity, and versatility. You will lead, guide, and inspire for internal and external partners/agencies to meet and exceed business and marketing objectives.
Operations Planning/Management - 50%
- Dedicated to creative and visual store ops collaboration and alignment
- Project management; participation in meetings with creatives and projections with finance
- Visits stores as needed to monitor, obtain store feedback and to assess overall implementation
- Continuously research Best-in-Class vendors, technology, trends, value-engineering, and sourcing of materials
- Quality control (Internal and External partners)
Manage day to day operations and schedule of projects including:

Work closely with cross-functional partners scheduling deliverables and set realistic deadlines for artwork release and final delivery for all CRI brands, Corporate and Wholesale accounts

Streamline workflow and create exception processes when appropriate

We’d Love to Hear from You if:
Must have:
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional partners with budgetary and schedule limitations
- Highly organized with an eye for detail
- Create RFQ’s for external vendors
- Expert at problem solving, with the ability to identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes arise. Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges
- Proven track record to manage a budget, strong negotiator and find solutions to keep projects efficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven history of follow through and accountability
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to ask questions and promote communication flow within cross functional teams to establish processes, unify efforts and increase efficiency
- Strong analytical focus; problem solver, critical thinker
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Exceptional organization and time management skills, and self-motivated, flexible with a positive attitude
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- 5+ years print and substrate materials knowledge base
- Experience organizing and managing creative ops team across a diverse set of cross-functional partners
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Build and maintain key relationships
- Experience driving projects to completion in a fast paced, high-volume environment
- 5+ years of budget management experience. Includes budget, and metrics and utilization reports
- Experience and comfort managing a large budget
- Experience managing aspects of retail instore operations
