Creative Project Manager - Print

Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with one of the largest insurance companies across the nation in search of a FREELANCE PROJECT MANAGER.

The role will be mostly remote with the flexibility to come into the office for an installation.

This is a 4-Month Contract.

The Project Manager provides specialized knowledge and expertise needed to translate a creative idea into a finished product across all mediums such as print, video, web, email, social platforms, and experiential.

This individual is primarily responsible for managing creative workflow and print production.

Responsibilities:

• Monitors jobs and provides continual updates to those on the project.
• Develops a production plan and monitor all aspects of production processes to meet scheduled deadlines and maximize efficiency.
• Escalates scheduling issues.
• Continues to modify project schedules and keep resources updated on changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifies potential roadblocks and reports findings from risk analysis to relevant team members.
• Informs project team with timeline updates and any changes in schedule.
• Managing the flow of work from original creative concept through production to shipping and delivery, coordinating workflow with internal clients and external vendors, and tracking assignments to meet schedules.
• Manages multiple Creative projects across all channels (e.g., print, digital, web, video, and mobile initiatives). Individual projects may utilize multiple channels.
• Prepares project reports for management.
• Collects project information and initiates new projects. This can include: determining timelines, creating schedules, identifying resources, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to work with both internal clients and external vendors.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, traffic, and print production.
• Working knowledge of all aspects of marketing communications.
• Agency experience helpful.
• Working knowledge of Workfront and applicable graphics software is helpful.
• Should be detail oriented and extremely organized.
