We're seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as the Retail Operations Specialist - Store Manager for our retail store. This is not your ordinary retail management role – we want someone who can embrace the store as if it were their own business and make it thrive with passion and entrepreneurial spirit.

As an Retail Operations Specialist - Store Manager with Ownership Mentality, you will be the driving force behind our store's success. Your primary responsibility will be to take the reins and manage all aspects of the store, just like it's your very own business. Your entrepreneurial spirit and innovative approach will inspire and lead our business to new heights.

Key Responsibilities, but not all:

1. Ownership Mentality: Take the lead in managing the day-to-day operations of the store with an owner's mindset. You will have existing systems and procedures to follow and yet have the autonomy to make strategic decisions that will drive business growth and long-term success.

2. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, opening and closing the store, optimizing efficiency and streamlining processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

3. Sales and Growth Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and creative marketing initiatives to maximize the store's potential and achieve ambitious revenue targets in retail, wholesale and e-commerce.

4. Customer Experience: Champion a customer-centric culture, ensuring that every visitor receives unparalleled service and leaves with a smile, ensuring repeat business and positive word-of-mouth.Cultivate strong ties with the local community, positioning the store as a go-to destination and enhancing its reputation.

5. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, anticipating demand, and ensuring the availability of popular items to enhance the overall shopping experience while minimizing excess inventory.

6.Team Empowerment: Foster a positive and motivated work environment for the store team. Encourage collaboration, where everyone's strengths are utilized to their fullest potential.

7. Visual Merchandising: Spearhead captivating visual displays that entice customers and showcase our unique products.

8. Budget and Financial Analysis: Assist the owner with monitoring and managing financial performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and contribute to the store's profitability.

9. Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the brand's values and mission, representing the store with pride and enthusiasm at all times. Act as the face of the store, establishing and nurturing relationships with customers, partners, and influencers to strengthen the store's reputation.

10. Problem Solver: Face challenges head-on and find innovative solutions to obstacles that arise, striving for continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of the store.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of successful retail management or leadership experience, preferably in a small, fast paced business and dynamic environment.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth and achieving ambitious targets.

- Exceptional verbal, written and telephone communication skills in English with the ability to clearly communicate with clients and vendors.

- Customer-oriented approach, focusing on delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.

- Financial acumen to manage budgets, analyze reports, and drive profitability.

- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to visual merchandising and marketing strategies.
