Job Description
At Chase Travel we are on a mission to deliver the best experiences the world has to offer to Chase customers. The Supplier Management teams within Chase Travel are responsible for our strategic partnerships across travel verticals, including Lodging, Air, Car, Cruise, Tour and Experiences & Activities, and partnering with our cross-functional team to deliver a world-class experience for our customers from inspiration to booking to on trip and post, in conjunction with our partners.


Establishing these partnerships requires careful strategic consideration and we are looking for smart, dynamic people who can deliver at Chase Travel. We are looking for a dynamic leader that can lead our Experiences, Activities & Tour business that must be able to think strategically to assess multiple opportunities that will allow us to deliver exceptional travel experiences for Chase customers. They must also be able to build relationships across various lines of business and leverage relationships across the Experiences, Activities, and Tour industry to find ways to develop key partnerships and bring them to life. The successful candidate must be innovative, forward-thinking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside senior leaders across to build and deliver partnerships that advance our business forward.


Job Responsibilities


  • Developing business proposals for new Experiences, Activities & Tour opportunities, including designing for various customer segments, developing a flawless customer experience, and working in conjunction with legal, finance, marketing, servicing, product, technology & design to develop key terms associated with the partnership.
  • Monitoring the external environment for important competitive developments and potential partnership opportunities and communicating more broadly to key line of business partners as a subject matter expert.
  • Managing the onboarding, integration, and ongoing operations to ensure we deliver a seamless customer and partner experience.
  • Managing multiple Experience, Activities & Tour partners, and opportunities. The candidate will be accountable for partner engagement, outcomes, and forecasts.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills


  • Strong analytical skills; understanding of a P&L, business trend analysis and forecasting
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, partnership, and operational management skills
  • Business development, strategic partnership management and/or operations experience preferred
  • Travel industry experience, preferably in the Experiences, Activities & Tour industry, or travel-related industries
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
