Social Coordinator Jobs

The Wildling Social Media + Influencer Coordinator is a creative storyteller at heart. They serve as a key player for driving awareness, growth, and engagement of the Wildling brand and will lead content execution and influencer partnerships across various social platforms.

What You Will Do

• Calendaring: Manage the content calendar creation process, including writing captions, creative ideation, content creation, content editing + briefing, and asset delivery. Responsible for posting to the brand social media accounts.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest emerging social trends and influencers. Propose ways the brand can show up on the platforms in a meaningful and strategic way.
• Lead the execution of ownable, best-in-class social media content and strategy that drives brand awareness, growth, engagement, and relevance.
• Organic relationship building with influencers and talent management.
• Drive influencer partnerships to reach overall brand growth and business goals within budget.
• Collaborate with the media team to deliver a steady stream of strong assets for use in paid media.
• Measure and report on influencer program performance and KPIs; share results, insights and future recommendations with cross-functional teams and leaders on an ongoing basis.
• Identify new influencers and build innovative programs and partnerships to expand the Wildling community.
• Oversee ongoing gifting efforts for influencers and content creators.
• Partner with founders (sometimes in-person) to produce content on location.
• Community Management: Engage with fans, followers, influencers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice. Lead a community of content creators to help scale social creative libraries.
• Analytics: Report on key platform specific analytics and work with the Director of Marketing on necessary optimizations.
• Strategize, execute, and report on the monthly content plans for all social media channels – Instagram, Facebook, TikTok , YouTube etc.

Who you are:

• 2+ years of influencer, social media marketing or equivalent experience
• Flexible, organized and strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree: Business, Marketing/Communications preferred
• Able to work independently and within teams
• Advanced photo & video editing skills within platform
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and up to date on industry + platform trends (Instagram, Reels, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, influencing and negotiation skills, demonstrate emotional intelligence and agility when communicating at all levels within the organization and externally.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable in front of and behind a camera

Expected Compensation: ~$65k-$85k dependent upon skills and experience.
