Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Manager of Professional Learning to join MindPrint’s Learning and Implementation Team. The Manager of Professional Learning will collaborate with the Learning Team to design, develop, and implement professional learning for educators at our client schools.

MindPrint Learning is a venture-backed edtech company that provides the only K12 solution that uses objective cognitive data to teach students how they learn best and provides strategies personalized to students’ learning strengths and needs. At the core of MindPrint is an hour-long, self-administered cognitive assessment developed at the University of Pennsylvania’s Perelman School of Medicine. The MindPrint solution is used by hundreds of schools and tutoring organizations worldwide to increase grades, test scores, social and emotional skills, and student engagement.


We provide a robust suite of professional learning experiences for educators that enables them to use a whole child approach to implement the most effective teaching approaches for their students. We are passionate about helping all students reach their potential.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new modules to address emerging needs in teacher professional learning, leveraging industry best practices and research-based instructional strategies
  • Deliver engaging and interactive professional learning sessions for educators, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and application of the MindPrint solution
  • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness and impact of professional learning sessions, and use data-driven insights to refine and improve future offerings
  • Design and develop engaging professional learning content and resources, including session modules and coaching materials


Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel (up to 20%)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for educators
  • Proven experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops and building positive relationships with educators
  • Deep commitment to improving education and empowering teachers
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in designing and delivering professional learning or coaching for teachers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work in a quickly growing, collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
