In this position...

  • Analyze data to proactively identify and diagnose business needs/ opportunities and develop solution to meet customer
  • Analyzes data and uses technology to anticipate business needs / opportunities and translates business strategies into actionable HR plans, products, and services
  • We are dedicated to designing, manufacturing, and selling high quality vehicles that meet the diverse needs of our customers.

What you'll do...

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated conflict Management skills
  • Previous HR experience
  • Team oriented, strong drive for results
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Building strong relationships with operations partners, Union Representation, HR colleagues and experts and other business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues
  • Coordinating and assist in UAW contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration of the Salaried Bargaining Unit Master and Local Collective Bargaining Agreements
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, empower and develop employees
  • Ability to guide and influence at all levels
  • Coach and develop the Salaried Personnel, Medical Department, and Training Department Personnel at the plant
  • Leading the day-to-day functions of the Salaried Personnel Office
  • Fosters an effective, inclusive work environment / culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values
  • Investigating and preparing responses to Outside Agency Complaints (EEOC & NLRB)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Analyzes data and uses technology to anticipate business needs / opportunities and translates business strategies into actionable HR plans, products, and services
  • Presence to successfully represent Ford Motor Company and interface with government agencies
  • Supporting salaried personnel recruiting and hiring, Personnel Matters activities, and HR Business Office programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team
  • Demonstrated experience with delivering HR process improvement actions
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills
  • Coach, Counsel and educate Salaried operations partners on HR Policies, Processes, Programs and Strategies
  • Fostering an effective, inclusive work environment/ culture and relationships, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values

  • Self-starter with multitasking experience within a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and resources
  • Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate leadership in behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • Experience working with union in manufacturing environment with daily interactions with plant leadership and salaried employees
  • HR Business Partner experience including project management, change management and/or organizational development
