What You Will Learn


This role is responsible for helping to build and execute the Kerastase direct-to-consumer marketing plan. They will work to support strategic brand objectives, launches, and activities; helping to increase conversion, repeat rate and segment & target customers more precisely, improving the number of active and loyal customers. Blend brand marketing with direct marketing principles to deliver enhanced solutions and/or new recommendations to build the customer experience with line-of-site toward quantifying and improving ROI. Maximize all opportunities to cross-reference and merge learnings from multiple data sources, to create omni-channel strategies.


Leads overall digital campaign and digital content strategy for Kerastase D2C Channel:


  • Aligns and partners with D2C to utilize Google Analytics and customer behavior to design the relevant landing points and logic for specified customer types by media
  • Partners with Product Marketing & DMI Marketing on core/launch activations to drive US digital product strategy and lead local execution
  • Partners with D2C team to build annual calendar inclusive of promotions and launches
  • Sets a strategic always-on Broadcast Email + SMS strategy and partners with D2C team to execute
  • Partner with D2C + Product Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across search and site merchandising strategy
  • Cross functional partnership to run reports, build dashboards, and develop KPIs to measure performance and optimizations


Required Qualifications


What We Are Looking For:


  • Ability to lead presentations and effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or direct-to-consumer
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, strategic thinker
  • Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Experience activating across multiple channels (i.e. direct mail, SMS, email, app, etc.) is a plus
  • Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • College Degree
  • Strong computer skills necessary (All Microsoft Office programs)
  • Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principles
  • Open to new ideas and actively builds networks to achieve goals
