Freelance Content And Marketing Manager

Caron Callahan is looking for a dynamic content creator/marketing manager to broaden our content and distribute it for our womenswear brand across all outlets.

This position includes managing our Instagram feed, overseeing our influencer outreach, coming up with original content ideas/mood boards and executing them independently and with collaborators, utilizing existing imagery, maintaining monthly content budget, creating thoughtful reels, and keeping a consistent brand voice. Candidate must have experience casting models, working with photographers and have a portfolio of work that is in the quality as our current feed and imagery.

This position will require adapting with changing seasons/changing inventory as well as taking critical feedback and utilizing market response to your work.

We are looking for someone with a working knowledge of our clothing/style and who has experience with our target customer.

This position is ideally in NYC but we are open to remote work. Currently we are looking for someone freelance to manage new assets but are open to considering full-time after a 2-3 month trial.

5+ years experience in the fashion industry is a must with 3 years of experience independently creating content for a brand.

We are not looking for pay-per-post content but aim to find a storyteller who can translate our work into beautiful images that capture our IG audience.

Salary for part-time starts at $28-40/hour pending experience.
