Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Proficient with computers and technology
• Education - High school diploma, minimum
• Automotive and/or quick lube experience preferred, but not required
• Retail and/or Customer Service experience

• Adaptable to various positions (i.e. cashier, lube tech, leadership)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work varied shifts. This position will focus on a Lower Bay assignment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequent need to push, pull, climb (stairs, step stools, ladders), bend at the knees and waist, twist at the waist, turn head-neck-shoulders; raise and hold arms overhead, grasp and hold tools and other items with your hands
• Exposure to loud noises and fumes
• Ability to use power tools, cutting tools, and other tools as necessary
• Ability to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds
• Extended periods of time standing on hard surfaces, such as concrete floors
• Exposure to outdoor conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow

A valid and current Driver's License is required.

Compensation

• $19 - $24 / hour
